I’ve been at Vudoo since 2018, employee #3, and now lead as Head of Product & Capability after moving through design, UX, and product design. These days that means roadmap, engineering priorities, and sitting close to leadership on strategy, all while still keeping a hand in the tools.

Vision
A few things I actually believe.
A roadmap is a leverage decision, not a wish list. Most of the value in my job is deciding what a small team doesn’t build.
Shipping the next release is easy to optimise for. The harder job is building a function that’s still good after you’ve moved on to the next thing.
The fastest way to know if a decision is right is to build it yourself first. That’s the whole reason I still open Figma.
